Shipments

For us it is crucial that your Ké orders arrive in the time that we tell you about and that you can enjoy our products right away.

Orders will normally be shipped the next business day after confirmation.

Shipments outside the peninsula will not yet be possible, but we are sure that very soon it will be able to reach all of Spain and beyond, it will be a matter of waiting a little.

*Shipping on Saturdays will have an additional cost.

Means and delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. The dates shown are for guidance only. Any delay in sending the items, since the dates presented are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any type of compensation.

Deliveries and collections in the peninsula will be operated by GLS.

Deliveries are made from 09:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. It is necessary that someone is at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include the option of receiving prior notice, so the delivery of the order will be made without the need for prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this timeframe during promotions, sales, Christmas and out-of-stock periods.

RETURN

Cancellation of orders:

  1. The user may cancel their order, requesting it to Ké Water Drinks through the email hola@kewaterdrinks.com , before leaving the workshop.
  2. The right conferred to the User in the terms of the previous number will be accepted as long as the order has not yet been issued.
  3. To cancel the order, the User must contact Ké Water Drinks, through the email mentioned in number 1 of this Clause: i) the order number to be cancelled; and ii) the email associated with the order.

Returns and refunds.

  1. When a customer wishes to return an order, Ké Water Drinks will not bear the return costs, it will only do so in those cases in which a manufacturing defect or an error in the processing and shipment of the order is reported and validated, or another risk that threatens your health and be demonstrable.
  2. You have 15 days to change or return a product. However, the product must be in perfect condition: unused and with the original box intact. No bottle can be open. To make a return request, you must send an email to hola@kewaterdrinks.com and we will explain the entire procedure.
  3. Ké Water Drinks will not be responsible for the Product(s) that the User sends without prior and timely communication, through the means indicated for this purpose, of the right of return granted.
