'Vegan Wellington Recipe + Ké Water'
Do you want to leave your guests with their mouths open? Well, read carefully because we found a very good recipe for you to be the star of the night.
This VEGAN WELLINGTON with mushroom cream is a delicious alternative for very special occasions and of course, to accompany your favorite Ké.
We have changed the original recipe a bit, substituting the dough for a ready-made puff pastry. Here are the ingredients for the filling.
1 tz. chopped celery
1 tz. chopped onion
1 tz. chopped carrot
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 tsp. of liquid smoke (optional – it is to give more flavor to meat or to smoke)
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 and 1/2 tz. cooked lentils
1/4 tz. ground oats
1/2 tz. nutritional yeast (optional – you can substitute with more ground oats)
Salt and pepper to taste
